b2match is a customisable event networking platform designed to cover all aspects of matchmaking and networking events. Organisers use the platform to manage and execute in-person, virtual, or hybrid experiences. From the first click to the final handshake, the platform empowers organisers to build people centric events powered by innovative technology. The platform required a complete overhaul to redefine and reconstruct the user experience and user flow. The project demanded a meaningful strategy focused on accessibility alongside the creation of a scalable design system and new functional, interactive elements. We redesigned the application architecture and user flows to streamline event management from registration to final networking sessions. By implementing an accessible strategy and a modular design system, we ensured a cohesive interface across virtual and in person environments. New interactive components were engineered to enhance matchmaking capabilities, giving organisers the technical foundation to build engaging and accessible events.
